Our client a leading, corporate investment company based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a Receptionist/Team Assistant to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Based on the front desk within stunning offices you will work alongside 2 others providing a first class service to all visitors and guests managing their meeting rooms, answering the phone and setting up VC's. In addition to reception duties the front of house team also undertake the administration for the office to include booking all flights, accommodation, visas, processing expenses and ensuring the office runs smoothly and as a point of contact for any equipment queries.
This is a varied role that offers both front of house as well as team assistant exposure in a highly corporate, financial services office where standards are high. As well as having excellent Microsoft and administration skills, the successful candidate will be corporate in their presentation and delivery, articulate and have excellent attention to detail and client facing skills.
