Receptionist

  City      £21000 - £26000 per annum

Receptionist - City of London - X_QNM28312 - Must be available to work shifts between 07:30 - 22:00, Monday to Saturday.

One of the world's leading business education schools, based in London Bridge in stunning hi-tech offices, is looking for experienced and motivated Front of House Receptionists.

As part of a team you will provide high-quality reception and front of house support. You will be responsible for co-ordination and administration and a range of duties to support operations, teaching and hospitality.

The working pattern for this role will be a '5/7' working week. All employees must be available to work Monday through Saturday, and between 07:30 to 22:00. Actual working rota will be five days out of seven, and an eight hour shift on each day scheduled to work.

Receptionist Responsibilities include:



* Administer all incoming enquiries received by telephone, email and other media.
* Support a professional front-of-house service, dealing with visitors in person ranging from executives and MPs to current and prospective students.
* Maintain a high standard of appearance in keeping with a front-of-house role at a leading business school in a distinctive and cutting edge location.
* Under the direction of the Office Manager, to liaise with the administration of the building in respect of minor works within the premises, Service Entrance, Post Room and Loading Bay.
* Book all guests with the main reception, and support reception of guests inside the premises as well as on the ground floor, as required.
* Interest in education.
* To organise and place orders all student catering with external suppliers, and to set out the food on receipt.
* Able to commute from 07:30 - 22:00 to London Bridge, City of London.

* Experience working in similar Receptionist role supporting at Director level
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
* Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point, & google applications
* Attention to detail, accurate and numerate
