An investment company are looking for a receptionist who has had exposure and experience in also doing personal assistant duties. Have you organised and booked travel? Do you enjoy being client facing? Do you enjoy assisting where ever required? Are you pro-active? I have an brilliant opportunity for someone who loves getting hands on involved.
- Meet and greet guest in a friendly way
- Assist PA duties as and when required
- Monitor and order stationary/ kitchen supplies
- Answering the telephone, directing calls appropriately
- Adhoc admin tasks
-Excellent customer service
-Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
-Very good organisational skills
