Receptionist

  City      £22000 - £23000 per annum

A leading technological company within financial services is looking to recruit a proactive and high energy Receptionist…Could this be your next role?

Your main responsibilities will be:



* Meeting & Greeting all guests, answering the phone , forwarding calls and taking messages.
* Perform detail orientated admin work, alongside general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and stationary ordering.
* Arranging courier deliveries and to oversee the collection of packages.
* Providing refreshments and lunch when necessary for guests as well as organising meeting rooms and keeping these tidy at all times alongside Reception.
* Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image
* Perform detail oriented and often-confidential administrative work
* Providing refreshments and lunch when necessary
* Organising and tidying the meeting rooms after meetings
* General office duties such as filing, photocopying, stationery ordering
* Ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked and tidy, emptying dishwasher throughout the day
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Book transport and accommodation for staff when needed
* Special projects and other duties as assigned by Management
* Help with HR and Finance administrative tasks when needed
* Assisting with client invoices, managing suppliers and incoming invoices
* PA duties for Executive Directors when required

For this role it is hoped you have:



* For this role it is hoped you have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* A flexible attitude that can adapt to the wide variety of requirements.
* A proactive, adaptable, confident and efficient approach with strong prioritisation and natural organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously
* Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written and are professional and polite when dealing with customers
