A Financial Investment company based in Victoria are on the hunt to find a driven and ambitious individual to join their team. Located in their beautiful offices, this role will suit someone who has worked in a varied role and enjoys Front of House.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for maintaining a pristine, well-run, high level of Reception service to the London office and its employees and visitors, together with various administrative duties. In exchange, this role offers career progression whilst working for a great organisation with a friendly and sociable team.

Duties:



* Diary management; maintain Outlook calendar for three conference rooms;
* Organising travel itineraries and settling expenses;
* Manage health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office;
* Liaise with security and maintenance team as needed;
* Responsible for maintaining the day to day high standards of the HQ office environment;
* Assisting with couriers (collection and deliveries), post distribution;
* Welcoming guests and provide refreshments for meetings;
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with external clients;
* Assist the Executive Office Assistants, as and when necessary;
* Provide support to the Executive Members as needed;
* Provide support to other Departments with research, inputting and other admin tasks;
* Undertake other ad hoc office duties as required.

Requirments:



* 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar position;
* Bachelor's Degree (Optional);
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Utmost confidentiallity at all times;
* Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail;
* Excellent time-management skills;
* Ability to work without supervision and show initiative;
* Friendly, positive, well presented and welcoming;
* Strong team working skills;
* Knowledge of MS Office packages.
