Reception

A leading global Recruitment company based in the West End is seeking a Receptionist to join their vibrant and supportive team located in beautiful offices in the heart of the West End.

This role is a key hire for the business due to the ambassadorial nature of their Reception as you will be meeting with high profile clients, candidates and senior internal staff members on a daily basis. The impression they gain from Reception is vital due to the brand you would be representing. Service is at the heart of everything you do as is the fit within the close knit team.

In this role you will be:

- acting as the first point of contact for all visitors

- coordinating meeting room management that will make full use of your strong logistical skills

- managing a frenetic switchboard answering all calls to business standards and directing calls accordingly

- organising couriers, conference calls and screening any 'walk in' candidates

- setting up meeting rooms including ordering lunches

- ensuring all meeting rooms are fit for purpose including internal training, client meetings and candidate registrations

- working across a variety of shifts that will include a 7.30am start for the early shift and a 7pm finish for the late shift
