Reception

  City      £22000 - £23000 per annum

With offices based within London and currently heavily investing in change, the company are looking for a Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be:



* Meeting & Greeting all guests, answering the phone, forwarding calls and taking messages.
* Perform admin work, alongside general office duties such as filing, photo copying and stationary orders.
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
* Providing refreshments and lunch when necessary for guests as well as organising meeting rooms and keeping these tidy at all times alongside Reception.
* Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image.
