This role will be to provide an oversight of a portfolio of over 200 projects to ensure the projects are run successfully and safely and the role is very much a hands-on, practical and varied. It will includes working across project planning, application review, acceptance and decline, uploading information on to the portal, liaison with non profits and internal stakeholders to administration and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years' of experience in events management, operations, volunteer management or client services; a strong team player and able to think on your feet, have excellent communication skills, have the willingness to commit to work for the next year, is self-motivated and is very proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word for presentations and data analysis.
