Personal Assistant/Office Manager

  City      £32000 - £35000 per annum

A small property investment company, based in North London, is looking for a warm and resilient individual to support their office. You will provide PA support to two very particular and demanding Directors, as well as oversee the office.

You will be managing diaries and booking domestic and international travel regularly so it is important that you have experience in this professionally. As well as ordering stationery, dealing with IT issues and ensuring the smooth running of the office, you will also have the opportunity to manage all the compliance and referencing for the business which will include analysing documents, so a high attention to detail is imperative.

The office environment can be quiet at times, yet everyone is very collaborative and friendly. This role would suit a hard worker and is happy to get stuck in and sees no tasks too big or too small.

Hours: 9:30-6:00pm

Skills/Experience Desired;



* Recent demonstrable experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Warm and approachable with a great work ethic
* Resilient, with the ability to liaise at Director level.
* Articulate and professional.
* Organisational and communicational skills.
* Flexibility with a muck in attitude.
* Ability to keep calm, even whilst under pressure.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
