The role is to provide a number of varied duties to help support the team where possible. The key responsibilities are wide-spread and this will include: Preparing and submitting expenses, arranging payment of invoices and maintaining finance records (including liaising with hospitals in claims invoicing), assisting with diary management and scheduling appointments, assisting administrative support to the PA to the Legal, Secretarial and Data Protection Team, proactively handling issues and queries arising, routing and assisting with correspondence, maintenance of digital filing systems and annual leave records to undertaking projects within scope of the role.
