Personal Assistant

  City      £40000 - £45000 per annum + great benefits

Are you a highly organised and diligent Executive Assistant?

We are looking for the perfect Executive Assistant candidate to support the International President and the Executive team of 7 of a global FMCG company.

In addition to high level PA support 20% of this role will include the office management duties.

This role is located in the city of London.

As Executive Assistant duties include:



* Support the International President and Executive Team
* Extensive International travel - multi stop & visas
* Extensive diary management - back to back meetings and multiple time zones
* Full inbox management
* Agendas and Itineraries
* Creation of presentations, events & conferences
* Office Management - stock and supplies, liaising with contractors
* Perform other ad hoc duties when requested

Desired Skills and Experience:



* Experience supporting board level members
* Extensive international diary and travel
* Self starter
* Extensive inbox management
* Confident with logistics - board meetings, committee meetings, visas, hotels
* Ability to prioritise and manage work load
* A proactive, positive mentality
