The role is to provide a number of varied duties to help support the Directors and the wider team where possible. The key responsibilities are wide-spread and this will include senior level diary management, arranging meeting and conferences, travel management, answering incoming calls and fielding over to the relevant individuals, collating documents for meetings, meeting and greeting guests, office management where necessary and ensuring that all the relevant schedules are managed accordingly.
The company are looking for someone who is proactive, efficient and with relevant experience in using Apple Mac.
