City      £38000 - £42000 per annum

A well known financial services company with stunning offices are currently looking for an experienced PA who has previously worked within an Investment Banking Division to join their team based in the City of London. This role will include extensive diary management, travel arrangements and the co-ordination of meetings.

You will be a well organised individual with a high attention to detail, especially when preparing presentations and expense reports in the way of helping to secure new business transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the ability to work on own initiative with confidence and accuracy, whilst looking to advance their skillset.

Experience / Skills:

* Senior level demonstrable experience within a similar role or IBD, essentially in financial services
* Accuracy and impeccable high attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines
* Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
* Intermediate experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
