Office Manager

  City      £28000 - £32000 per annum

You're always ready to jump on any problems and opportunities whenever they arise. Alongside with the support of your Operations Manager to ensure the studio is running and in fabulous condition.

Part Time Office Manager Role Duties



* Ensure smooth running of the studio
* Management and maintenance of stock, ensuring that all stock is organised
* Working with the designers to effectively ensure the work space is tidy
* Keeping track of AM world (deliveries and storage)
* Running general office errands
* Manage meeting room booking system
* Organise and attend meetings and take notes on behalf of participates and circulate to attendees
* Supporting the Operations Manager with proactively managing the CEOs diary, resolving diary conflicts to accommodate internal and client meetings, liaising with colleagues and clients to find the best solution for everyone
* Provide administrative support as required including research and formatting proposals or presentations, as required

Diary and meeting management



* Prioritise meetings and reviews based on knowledge of our business needs and client demands and expectations, always providing helpful solutions and options
* Ensure all technology and catering needs are managed and set up for all meetings where the CEO and office are involved - internally and externally
* Arrange business travel and compile detailed itineraries
* Organise and attend meetings and take notes on behalf of participates and circulate to attendees
* Actively manage the action points from all meetings and ensure individuals follow up and meet all agreed deadline
* Organise and prepare for the monthly Company meetings
