Office Manager

  City      £25000 - £35000 per annum

A growing and exciting start up company based in the City is looking for a bright and confident Office Manager to come in and assist this newly formed office. It is important that you can work autonomously and think on your feet, especially when putting new processes in place and ensuring the smooth running of the office. This Office Manager position will require you to process expenses, arrange travel, assist in setting up the office, and liaise with staff including cleaners, manage budgets, research and all other general administration and errands.

The company is very well-backed and has a big presence in Asia already. It is filled with very switched on and intelligent individuals, who are very passionate about what they do. Having your innovative and proactive attitude will allow you to excel in this pivotal role; where you will be the go-to person within this brand new office office environment. You will take ownership of this role and ensure this is a fun and exciting place to work.

Skills/Experience Desired;



* Recent demonstrable experience within an Office Manager role preferred.
* Experience working within a start-up environment is preferred.
* Experience setting up new office systems preferred.
* Experience managing HR and recruitment.
* Articulate and confident.
* Bright and proactive
* Organisational and communicational skills.
* Willingness to go above and beyond.
* Ability to keep calm, even whilst under pressure.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
