A global leading healthcare supplier in South London is looking for someone to join their dynamic and fast paced team as an Office Coordinator on a temp to perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to become the go to person in the office and become the contact point for all office procedures and requests.

Day to day responsibilities include

* Managing the smooth running of the office
* Booking travel on the booking system, offering support to other team members as and when required
* Facilities management, liaising with contractors / supplier ensuring issues are identified and work is completed on time, on budget and to a satisfactory standard, including equipment
* Provide reception cover as required & diary management
* Implement & manage office procedures manuals
* New starter onboarding process (On boarding processes are being designed, developed and implemented throughout the PUK office, ensure Office section is delivered and implemented)
* Floor walk during the day, resolving any issues relating to equipment or highlighting to the IT department or H&S.
* ADHOC administration duties
