Office Administrator

  City      Up to £14.50 per hour

Ongoing temporary role with Investment Management company in Central London requires a pro-active self-starter for their office services team to support the print and documentation function of the business.

Varied role arranging couriers, keeping stock of stationery and supplies plus ordering, logging all post in/out and general admin support/projects as and when required.

Ideally you will have previous office services or facilities experience gained within a corporate company be organised and able to work to tight deadlines with excellent communication skills liaising throughout the business and with external clients and suppliers.

Key skills



* proficient in the use of email, preferably Outlook,
* computer literate and have good knowledge of Word and Excel and able to use the internet efficiently

Immediate interviews, £14.50 per hour plus accruing holiday pay.
