Duties include:

* Reception and telephone duties
* Maintenance of files
* Organising and sending out monthly/weekly reports
* Providing administrative support on all events and meetings
* Providing administrative support to the management team and members of stuff
* General Officer Duties

* Able to deal/enjoy busy environment/cope with interruptions
* Excellent telephone manner
* Organised / Tidy
* Pleasant manner - good with people
* Accurate / good eye for (typing, data entry etc.)
* Computer literacy and good IT Skills (including spreadsheets)
