Marketing Assistant

  City      Up to £12 per hour

The role is highly diverse and will include: -

Event support (from small dinners to multiple-day events for senior executives)



* Venue search and liaison
* Invitation process support (managing RSVPs, updating status reports, setting
* up invitations in email system, etc.)
* Logistics support (preparing itineraries, preparing badges and name cards,
* liaising with suppliers e.g. AV, catering, transportation, etc.)
* Work with design team to produce event collaterals (emails, banners,
* brochures and other marketing materials, etc.)
* On-the-day support (setting up venue, greeting guests and helping manage
* smooth running of events so guests enjoy a premium experience)

CRM

CRM support (Microsoft Dynamics)



* Support team with data entry and maintenance
* Perform advanced searches and pull data reports
* Regularly perform audits of priority contacts and companies and work with
* global CRM team to update records
* Log and manage event guest lists and RSVPs in the CRM
* Support CRM users across the business with their queries

General marketing: Support team with ad-hoc tasks including but not limited to;



* Help with initiatives on social media campaigns (mainly LinkedIn campaigns)
* Support the production of internal newsletters (content and design)
* Produce company and executives profiles, using various sources (LinkedIn,
* BoardEx, Bloomberg, etc.)
* Manage Bain library of books and articles (placing orders etc. to replenish our
* stock)
* Organising team events/offsites (booking venues and transport etc.)
* Any other marketing admin

* Computer literate - competent in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Highly professional presentation and communication skills
* An ability to communicate/interface with all levels of the organisation
* Positive can-do attitude
* Problem solving skills and an ability to recommend appropriate solutions and or
* improvements to existing processes
* An ability to work well in a team environment
