MA

  City      Up to £34050 per annum + Additional benefits

A globally recognised management consultancy firm requires an MA to provide high-quality support to Manager and their teams. A personal knowledge of their needs and priorities is essential, and ability to strictly prioritise and act as a gatekeeper is a must.

Responsibilities and duties include:



* Administrative support to a Manager plus team [average 4 pax], and where necessary, additional administrative support to their case teams.
* Diary and travel management
* Successfully manage busy and ever evolving diaries, proactively managing when schedules
* Re-scheduling complex meeting and travel itineraries often at short notice

* Building and maintaining strong working client relationships
* Processing time and expense submissions. Managing complex expenses
* 100% commitment to the role and the company

You must have:



* Minimum of two years'experience supporting multiple people within an administrative capacity
* Advanced use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Flexible in terms of working patterns
