HR Generalist

  City      £18 - £19 per hour

New role to start asap working closely with HR Business Partner for Europe. Excellent opportunity to get involved and work across all areas of HR, with support to recruitment, on boarding, payroll and dealing with queries on a day-to-day basis.

Generalist HR role that ideally with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with a corporate / blue chip environment, you will excellent communication skills, be highly organised and detail orientated with the ability to work autonomously. Varied role providing dedicated HR and administrative support to HR Business Partner, Europe



* Manage basic employee relations and performance management
* Act as first point of contact for general queries, provide guidance and support on employee relations matters
* Assist with on boarding/new starters
* Assist with recruitment by liaising with agencies, compiling CV's and tracking candidates
* Payroll administration as assigned
* Offer support with ad hoc projects as assigned
* Microsoft Office skills and previous CRM experience an advantage.
