HR Assistant

  City      Up to £24000 per annum

A successful and growing firm in the heart of the City is looking to recruit an HR Assistant. This is an administrative role designed to support teams in project management, client outsourcing, learning and development.

The role will entail:



* Assisting the HR teams to provide a range of services to clients within deadlines, so prioritising skills are essential
* Responsible for ensuring that any client databases are updated accurately
* Prepare appointments, reference check letters, offer documents and contracts for employment approval
* Ensure all written communication to clients is reviewed
* Plan, deliver and organise seminars and training sessions
* Proactively market HR services through mailshots, case studies, seminars, networking and mail shots to both new and existing clients
* Ensure documents are filed in accordance with the clients procedure
* Support the team with ongoing strategic development and identifying new business opportunities
* Involved in the generation of client bills
* Develop tenders and other proposals

Prior experience in HR administration would be ideal. Able to work towards tight deadlines, using your strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
