Hr Administrator

  City      Up to £14 per hour

A reputable company based in the City is looking for a HR Administrator to support the Chief Operating Officer in an administrative capacity across a HR generalist remit.

The role requires you to:



* Handle general HR related queries and only escalating to management when necessary
* Managing the onboarding and offboarding process
* Coordinating monthly payroll and ensure that all changes are captured accurately and efficiently
* Administering employee benefits, managing the pension scheme and private medical insurance
* Ensuring records are kept up to date
* Raising HR documents, contract changes and letters
* Managing the absence reporting system
* Coordinating performance appraisal processes and putting together training analysis.

You must have atleast 2 - 3 year's experience in financial or professional services. You must be part-qualified or working towards their CIPD qualification. Proven experience in management of payroll processes, highly organised with excellent time management skills.
