A boutique financial services located in a stunning part of the city is seeking an HR Administrator to support the Chief Operating Officer. You will work along-side a third-party provider of HR services and the soul support for HR in the London office.

Key responsibilities;



* Handling general HR related queries and escalating to the Management where necessary
* Supporting the Board of Directors on general HR issues and ad hoc requests
* Responsible for recruitment process, including liaising with recruitment agencies, setting up interviews and conducting background checks
* Coordinating with the monthly payroll report alongside the Finance team and ensuring all changes are captured accurately and efficiently
* Responsible for administering employee benefits, Including managing the pension scheme and private medical insurance scheme
* Ensuring employee records are kept up to date in both hard and soft copy
* Managing the absence reporting system
