HR Administrator

  City      £28000 - £30000 per annum + benefits

Are you a confident HR Administrator, with an outgoing personality, an articulate manner, and coming from a large company background?

Are you looking to work for a world renowned insurance and financial services company in the city of London?

We are looking for an HR Administrator who is confident, experienced and looking for the next big step in their career, based in city of London offices.

You will support the Head Office HR team, focussing on HR and employee life cycle activity.

Responsibilities include:



* Employee record management
* Payroll liaison - checking hours, corrections etc
* Tracking and reporting Visa applications
* Onboarding new starters
* Future project support and involvement
* Maternity/paternity administration
* Employee probation tracking
* Ad hoc Diary management for HR Director when the PA is away.

Personal competencies:



* Excellent organisation and admin skills
* Highly proactive
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Desire to learn and develop within HR.
