Are you an experienced Administrator/Team Assistant looking to work for a professional but fun organisation in the heart of the city?
Do you have strong attention to detail. Due to growth our client a business services organisation is looking for an Assistant to join their Finance team. In an administrative capacity the role will involve managing the timesheets, uploading new enteries onto the finance system, manage the finance inbox and field queries, produce invoices, process supplier payments and credit control.
No previous finance experience is necessary as all training will be given however, the successful candidate must be a strong administrator. This role is suited to someone who has excellent attention to detail, is client facing, has strong communication and organisation skills.
