An established accountancy firm, in the heart of the City, is looking for a confident and approachable Facilities Manager who has a real muck in attitude and a warm demeanour. You will have the opportunity to get involved in all areas of this large office and interact with individuals at all levels. Your primary responsibilities will include pulling together reports and contracts, updating data records, overseeing building maintenance, manage catering, monitoring stock levels, stakeholder liaison, health and safety, and more.
The successful Facilities Manager will also have the opportunity to line manage approximately five members of staff across different areas (post, reception, facilities and CSR), so having this experience before would be highly beneficial.
