Office Coordinator

Are you a proactive, personable and efficient individual who has strong administration skills, strong coordination skills and experienced in office facilities? Do you pride yourself in delivering a 5* service? Are you looking to work within a sociable and fast paced environment?

A forward thinking and internationally recognised company is currently recruiting for a switched on and on the ball Assistant to support the office with general facilities and office management duties. Their west end offices are state of the art with themed meeting rooms, meeting pods, flexible desks and much more. They offer a fully stocked kitchen and great benefits.

We are looking for a confident and experienced candidate who has a proactive approach, you will ensure the office is fully stocked and oversee external suppliers, ensure the office is in good condition and manage any repairs, liasing with relevant parties. You will manage the meeting room calendars, be the central point of contact for staff and work closely with the Receptionist and EA.
