Executive Assistant - Q_XNM27334 - City of London

A globally renowned City of London financial services company is looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director.

The Executive Assistant role will involve providing 1:1 support in a client facing area of the business managing the meetings/roadshows and working with the external travel provider to manage extensive schedules.

You will have an understanding of visas and travel routes in order to make the most appropriate travel routes.

You will process expenses, help with PowerPoint presentations, and organise events.

This role will suit a candidate used to the fast paced environment of financial services or professional services.

Someone used to back to back diaries and complex global travel arrangements. Someone who thrives in a professional, corporate environment, who is a team player with exceptional communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES



* Full EA Support at Managing Director level
* Extensive diary management including booking travel
* MS Office skills: advanced skills across Word, Excel and PowerPoint to create complex high quality documents
* Coordinating and managing events and client hospitality for both clients and the London office
* Build relationships with clients and respond to queries on behalf of MD and ensure the clients are always happy
* Preparing and collating internal and external documentation, ensuring formatting is in line with company guidelines
* Managing sensitive correspondence with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
* Drafting correspondence and editing presentations
* Processing and managing expenses on behalf of the MD
* Confident in communicating with the MD, Directors and senior managers across the global business
* Act as a gatekeeper for the MD and be a point of contact in their absence
* General duties as required
* Ad hoc projects as required
