Customer Care Assistant

  City      £10 - £12 per hour

A very fun and dynamic division within a company is looking for Customer Care Assistants, it is a suitable role for candidates that wants to transition from a retail environment to one that is more office based.

You will working as part of the customer service team in their sales, live orders and aftercare divsion. The working hours are 0900 - 0600 and 0800 - 1700 , you must be able to work over the weekends as the shifts rotate week to week.

Your responsibilities are:



* Having a passion for customer service and a professional attitude towards the job at hand and the rest of the team
* Ensuring that the customer message is kept on brand at all times and customer communication is of the highest standard
* Ensuring that you have excellent product knowledge at all times and ensure that all systems and processes are followed with regards to returns and refunds
* Resolve all customer questions and queries in a professional and timely manner and to work in other departments and the showroom as required

Skills and Attributes



* Excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent attention to detail with good knowledge of Excel & Mac proficiency
* A patient and calm approach with the ability to Initiate, execute and embrace new methods of work and projects.
* Willing to go the extra mile (and then some) for every single customer.
* A quick learner who's flexible and willing to help out where needed.
