£45,000 - City of London - Business Reporting Analyst
A global insurance company is currently looking for a Business Reporting Analyst to join an important part of their business. You will be analytically minded and passionate about developing your existing skills. Your main duties within the role are the creation, compiling and distribution of pre-meeting packs as well as post meeting outputs. You will also aggregate and summarise information from current dashboards for review by the management team.
You will play an essential part of the business by identifying trends within operational performance data and through recommendations presented to management teams. You will also be accountable for the ongoing implementation, embedding and execution of the trend analysis in relation to corporate and operational governance, product and conduct risk, and customer experience strategies.
Working alongside multiple teams to gather management information
Develop and continuously improve systems and processes for the production of management information
You are responsible for maximising the use of systems and software
You will propose and implement agreed software solutions to improve efficiency and functionality for reports
You will provide support to your managers
You will have the ability to Analyse trends, investigate findings, prepare & present recommendations based on those findings and to work with multiple data sets and teams.
Knowledge & Experience
A Levels qualification or Degree qualified is ideal but not essential
Ability to negotiate and influence effectively with good interpersonal skills
Stakeholder management experience would be beneficial
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
