This leading financial services company is in need of a well organised Controllers Administrator to work within the highly professional Finance Division, demonstrating strong administrative support. This is a great opportunity for a confident individual who has strong values and a can do attitude. This is an extremely busy role providing assistance to a wider team and being very hands on.

Skills/Experience Required;



* Inbox management for the Controllers
* On-boarding of new joiners
* Updating Travel Tracker
* Org chart updates
* Extensive telephone interaction with senior management, screening of calls and requests for meetings
* Stationery orders
* Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
* Processing invoices
* Companies house
* Degree calibre or equivalent is desirable
* Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
