The role is to provide recruitment administration support to the London-based experienced Recruitment team. This will largely involve managing the end-to-end candidate management process to deliver a great experience to both the hiring managers and the candidates.
The key responsibilities are wide-spread and this will include: Coordinating the recruitment process for the candidates from application to verbal offer, entering and updating candidate data, managing and prioritising candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure a smooth running and timely process, liaising with external agencies, extensive diary management, managing interview logistics, managing Right to Work checks, organising candidates events and covering additional areas of support.
