Administrative Assistant

  City      Up to £21 per hour

The role is to be the first point of contact for queries within the Division/Firm and the external clients with by telephone, email or face. It will be a varied position, covering all areas including: Full responsibility for Controllers Administration Inbox, managing technology queries, on-boarding of new joiners weekly mobility email management, updating travel tracker, processing internal transfers, space management, occupational health, assisting with IT queries, organising events, arranging security access to processing of invoices for the wider teams.

The ideal candidate will have relevant background in banking or alternatively for someone who is looking to join a fast-paced environment, and who would be able to thrive in the challenge. The position will need someone who is a self-starter and who is able to manage their day accordingly and with a positive and "can-do" attitude.
