Administration Assistant

  City      Up to £20 per hour

A prestigious global investment firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant that is happy to work part-time with recent and demonstrable experience within wider financial services. You will support a CEO with 1:1 experience and 3 others in the phone group.

Daily tasks include:



* Heavy diary management, expenses, handling telephone calls and messages internally
* Coordinating meetings and conference calls, responding to hard copy letters and invitations
* Coordinating complex international travel arrangements including full and comprehensive itineraries.
* Preparation of speeches, publications, articles , books and briefing documents

You possess excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and by email. Must be proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You have high attention to detail, good judgement and the ability to work at pace.
