Administrative Assistant

Receptionist / Administrator - West End - £24,000 - £27,000 - Ref: 24213

An investment management company with stunning offices based in the West End is currently looking for an all round receptionist who is able to multi task and respond swiftly. Great attention to detail is a must. You will manage the reception and meeting area immaculately and make a positive first impression on our guests. Proactive team work with the other administrative team members is vital.

Responsibilities:



* Fully responsible for the reception area
* Work collaboratively with existing receptionist to ensure both desks are managed impeccably
* Welcome visitors, inform host of their arrival and ensure they are looked after
* Manage meeting room status, ensure all rooms are tidy and clean at all times, ready for the next meeting
* Accurately manage meeting room diaries
* Arrange for any refreshments including food when required
* Act as company's switchboard
* Work collaboratively with other support staff
* Distribute incoming post swiftly including couriers and faxes
* Manage all outgoing post and courier requirements
* Ensure reception, client waiting area, meeting rooms and general office areas are immaculate at all times
* Liaise with housekeeper to ensure an immaculate environment can be achieved successfully
* Work closely with existing receptionist to ensure both reception desks are managed to a high standard
* General administrative duties
* Manage and deliver ad hoc projects as required
* Support office manager with basic office management duties when required

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is a true team player with the ability to handle confidential information.

An award winning financial advisory company are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team based in the City of London. You will be working with a team of 4 and reporting to the Office Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to further their career by working in a fast paced and dynamic office environment with potential opportunity for progression. Answering the phone and taking messages

Liaise with reception to book meeting rooms for internal and external guests

Organising lunches and snacks where necessary for external meetings

Controlling the internal meeting room diaries

Office supplies, keep constant check of stationary

Assist the office manager with day to day office related tasks and ad hoc projects

Support the professional team of associate directors, associates and analysts in booking travel and accommodation and processing expenses

Providing assistance to the managers across the marketing, HR and operations department with administrational tasks related to their ongoing projects

Minimum of 5 GCSE grades with a minimum of 1 years experience in a corporate administrative or receptionist role.
