A global law firm is looking for two Legal Personal Assistants to support two partners and a team of fee earners. As the Legal Personal Assistant it will be your duty to provide a world class service enabling the fee earners to complete their duties in a timely fashion. Responsbilities Include:



* Producing and amending complex documents
* Fee earners time
* Taking audio dictation
* Resolving and escalating enquiries
* Build relationships with clients
* Build a strong understanding of the fee earners work

* International travel including multi-stop and visas

PA duties:



* Ensure all information is treated in a confidential and sensitive manner
* Extensive and proactive management of very busy and constantly changing diaries
* Ensure all information pertaining to diary entries are recorded accurately
* Arrange internal and external meetings
* Manage logistics for all travel to client meetings, book flights, train tickets, ground transportation where necessary
