An award winning financial advisory company are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team based in the City of London. You will be working with a team of 4 and reporting to the Office Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to further their career by working in a fast paced and dynamic office environment with potential opportunity for progression. The individual to take on this role will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced and dynamic office environment and will gain exposure by working in various departments with a potential to progress within the company.
Answering the phone and taking messages
Liaise with reception to book meeting rooms for internal and external guests
Organising lunches and snacks where necessary for external meetings
Controlling the internal meeting room diaries
Office supplies, keep constant check of stationary
Assist the office manager with day to day office related tasks and ad hoc projects
Support the professional team of associate directors, associates and analysts in booking travel and accommodation and processing expenses
Providing assistance to the managers across the marketing, HR and operations department with administrational tasks related to their ongoing projects
Minimum of 5 GCSE grades with a minimum of 1 years experience in a corporate administrative or receptionist role.
Salary: Up to £22000 per annum
