Team Assistant

A financial solutions company based in the City is looking for switched on and bright all rounder to assist in their small office. As this is more of a start up environment, you will be supporting multiple individuals within the senior management team with diary, travel and expenses, as well as all necessary internal coordination. These additional duties can include HR administration, marketing, data entry, general administration and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

As it is a smaller company, it is important that you have a real muck in attitude and a flexible work ethic. This is an exciting time to join the company as they are growing and all very passionate about where the company will go.

This is a very much a role that has an endless amount of opportunities and if desired, you can have the opportunity to get involved in more responsibilities if you wanted to. You will also have the chance to liaise with some employees based in Asia.

This role would be suited to someone who is articulate, ambitious and comfortable being based in a smaller, often quiet, environment.

Skills/Experience Desired;



* Previous experience in an administrative role in a professional services company would be ideal.
* Previous demonstrable experience supporting at senior level and booking international travel in a professional capacity is bonus but not essential.
* Confident using a MAC is ideal but not essential.
* Articulate and switched on.
* Confident using MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Confident and articulate.
