Our well established and successful client based in the West End is looking for a Executive Assistant to join the business on a permanent basis.

EA duties:

Extensive and proactive management of very busy and constantly changing diaries, reacting responsibilities to the needs of the business and the current projects of the bankers

Ensure all information pertaining to diary entries are recorded accurately

Arrange internal and external meetings

Manage logistics for all travel to client meetings

Obtain pre-approval for all travel via the internal system

Compile detailed itineraries and ensure accuracy of all items

Monitor and respond to all emails where appropriate, MD's inboxes should be monitored and where applicable respond to any urgent queries and requests for availability

For client entertainment ensure prior approval is obtained. The company policy on client entertainment must be adhered to and updated on the register accordingly

Booking and arranging meetings with client reception

Support clients on the 6th and 7th floor as necessary

Build and maintain trusted relationships with client EA's

General administrative duties daily
