Administrative Assistant

A leading investment financial services company is currently seeking for a Administrator Assistant to join their Compliance Division in a small team of 2 Administrators. You will be operating as part of a team and be responsible for supporting 2 Co-Heads (Managing Director level). In addition to coverage for other MD's (5 in total) that are split between the 2 admin roles i.e. the admins will work collaboratively.

You will sit outside the MD's office but will also provide floor team support. A large part of this role will be diary management. The compliance side of the role is dealing with regulators on a frequent basis, so you will need to be self-sufficient and have great attention to detail when booking meetings. Travel may be included in this role, possibly once a month but the main aspect is diary management.
