A leading financial services company is looking for a Receptionist, with great organisational skills who is happy to pick up some office management and facilities duties. The successful candidate will be required to operate a busy switchboard answering and forwarding phone calls. The new role is an exciting opportunity for a receptionist who can work well autonomously.

Duties will include;



* Meet & greet clients, showing them to relevant meeting rooms
* Assistance with catering requirements
* General administration
* Taking of taxi/courier bookings
* Update the electronic diary to ensure visitor access and security is maintained
* Screening phone calls
* Booking meeting rooms
* Ensuring rooms are set up to correct requested way

Qualifications/Experience for the reception role position includes;



* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel and Outlook
* Previous experience working within a reception environment
* Ability to use Skype

A highly successful private equity company based in the West End is currently looking for a approachable, polite and totally professional Receptionist to join their team.

It is crucial you have the ability to work under pressure in what can be an intense and demanding working environment, working with and supporting the administration staff and the investment relations team. This role requires you to take responsibility to provide an excellent service for guests, to anticipate the needs of the partners and the team along with taking initiative to see what work needs to be done and most importantly to act as a secondary / spare PA when required.

Responsibilities:



* Meeting and greeting guests
* Preparing and clearing all meeting rooms before and after meetings
* If the meeting room screens are required make sure they are functioning as per the requirement of each specific meeting
* Operating the internal switchboard
* Being in charge of the Boardrooms, diary schedule and working to avoid diary clashes
* Supporting the PAs and the investment management team
* Entering data, monitoring its email account and ensuring that new entries are added in time for the partners deal meetings
* Getting lunches for internal partners and other meetings when required
* Be responsible for ordering supplies for the office
* Managing the office keys and fobs and making sure the fob data is up to date
* Managing key relationships and ad hoc management issues

You will report directly to the Executive Assistant day to day.
