This is a fantastic opportunity for a part time 2 days a week role to support a small boutique financial services office with basic bookkeeping and payroll support as well as the ability to take on some company secretarial duties including minuting Board meetings.
Whilst this is a 2 day a week role they are very flexible on which days, full or half days. The role will involve fulfilling bookkeeping tasks for several trusts, processing invoices, reconciling transactions, maintaining cashflow, run and administer payroll and be the HMRC point of contact . In terms of compnay secretarial you will submit statements to Companies House, produce agendas, minutes, manage signatories and KYC documentation.
Whilst there will be a thorough handover some previous bookeeping experience or finance qualification will be advantageous.
