Senior Administrator

Senior Administrator - City of London - £15.00 - £17.00

A well established financial services company is currently looking for a professional forward thinking Senior Administrator to join their team based in the City of London on a temporary basis. This role will involve assisting with the day to day administration for the team as well as providing support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. You will be communicating with Financial Advisers and clients on a daily basis, along with preparing and processing all new client documentation and amendments.

Duties:



* Monitoring of transfers of assets / cash form other institutions and liaise with the transfers team accordingly
* You will be in charge of record keeping for subscriptions and transfers
* Processing of payments to and from clients
* Liaising with colleagues within the business support department regarding administration of client accounts
* Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on all systems
* Taking lead on client standing data projects in terms of organising and recording and sending information to the centre and becoming the team's client data expert
* Producing monthly reports required, completing client reviews and being in charge of managing the system to ensure all is up to date

You may also gain the exposure into other areas of the business through performing additional tasks. You will have a good knowledge of business processes and procedures relevant to the role along with strong professional communication skills towards clients and colleagues.
