Are you looking to move away from Agency Recruitment to in house in Surrey? Do you already have some HR experience and looking to take that next step?

This is a great opportunity for someone who has already had experience or exposure to recruitment perhaps working as a Recruitment Consultant or an HR Administrator/Assistant to work for a corporate, professional organisation based in Surrey.

You will work alongside the HR team but act as the main contact for Recruitment, from liaising with agencies and the line managers to reviewing applications, organising and conducting first stage interviews interviews, and managing all associated paperwork. As well as recruitment you will be involved in conducting inductions, organising training, managing the intern programme and graduate recruitment programme.

In return our client offers an excellent benefits package as well as support to study the CIPD qualification or other relevant qualification.

The role will involve:



* Ownership of general recruitment and graduate recruitment- agency liaison, reviews applicaiton, organise interviews
* Prepare offer/ rejection documentation
* Assist with training events
* Assist with disciplinary matters

Recruitment and Training Co-ordinator

A leading global Private Equity company located in stunning offices in the heart of the West End are seeking a highly experienced administrator for a 12 month FTC to support their busy and inundated HR team with an array of clerical duties; this role is high volume administration and will rely on your skills and experience to date.

This is an exciting time to be joining the business that are experiencing unprecedented growth and needing a focused administrator who enjoys working to pace and managing a hectic workload to cover a year long maternity cover.

In this role you will be:



* Managing the interview process and testing for all candidates - last year they had over 2000 applications, all of whom receive a response,
* Supporting all candidates through the recruitment process; using their online system, working with senior HR manager and line managers to support all recruitment across the business,
* Being the contact for all contractors in the business including managing their inductions and ensuring they are all set up to start work.
* Support with building relationships with recruitment agencies,
* Support with running the MBA recruitment, so managing extensive logistics,
* Training coordination,
* Supporting with reporting for the team,
* Producing presentations when needed for the team,
* Scheduling meetings for the Director of HR and other senior members of the team.

This role would suit someone who has been working in a fast paced temporary desk within an agency, either supporting financial services or corporate clients. It could equally appeal to an internal recruiter who wants experience of working with a hugely successful brand in their field. You are accustomed to an immensely high workload and liaising with stakeholders at all levels in your current role. You are used to managing busy diaries where change is the only constant and you are a natural problem solver who finds solutions no matter what the quandary!

A recognisable global brand within insurance is seeking an Assistant Co Sec to join their compliance and governance team. This role would suit someone who is part qualified (Institute of Secretaries and Administrators) and recognised this is where they see their career.

Seeking recent experience of working in a similar role within insurance this role will make use of your meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle huge amounts of information with ease and significantly accuracy. Duties will include:



* Supporting the corporate governance team with a variety of heavily administrative duties such as:
* Day to day policy update
* Proactively managing the annual calendar liaising with key internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies such as the PRA, FCA and Lloyds
* Support with the management of the corporate governance timetable ensuring that all deadlines are met
* Schedule all board and committee meetings, liaising with all key stakeholders frequently having to cajole people for information essential for reports
* Working on SharePoint to ensure that the library of policies is maintained and updated
* Coordinate all meetings, including teleconference and catering requirements
* Minute taking for set meetings as well as transcribing these to business English to the action point from each meeting
* Work with HR to ensure that training is regulated and technical skills are completed
* Ensure that all invoices are tracked and approved for month/year end
* Keeping updated on Company Law, Charity Law and Corporate Governance
* Assisting with trademark registration, intellectual property rights registration and all related correspondence
* Work with the CRO to ensure her time is effectively managed:
* Diary and meeting management proactively ensuring the CRO is using her time effectively
* You are comfortable managing a constantly changing 'to do' list and are happy to highlight areas that require her attention and prioritising her time
* Respond to ad hoc administration requests including PowerPoint presentations, filing of emails and documents
