Recruitment Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruiter Coordinator to join an investment firm based in the City. It is immediate start and ideally to be on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will be in charge of providing support to the London based EMEA Talent Acquisition team, which sits with the HR department. The role will be managing the daily support needs of the team which will include scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating interviews with external recruitment vendors and with candidates directly, preparing employee letters, producing management reports, providing ad hoc cover to managing ad hoc travel and expenses support. Ideally the candidate will require 4-6 years' experience within a similar role/environment.
