We are recruiting for a PA/Secretary for Investment Management Company based in the West End supporting Director and large team up to ten within the business. You would be involved with arranging meetings and preparation of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and briefing papers, extensive diary and travel management to include itineraries, general admin support to the team such as processing expenses, being a point of contact for the Director and team.

Skills / Experience required gained within a Corporate/Blue Chip company supporting at senior management level.

* Advanced MS Office skills
* Recent, demonstrable experience gained within a team assistant role
* Fine eye for detail
* Outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi task
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
* Ability to work autonomously whilst still being an integral part of the team

Financial Services company bank requires a pro-active self-starter to support an exceptionally busy team of Bankers. With previous secretarial experience gained within a corporate environment, you will be responsible for managing complex diaries, travel and processing of expenses, whilst assisting with wider team administration. Positive attitude combined with superb communication skills. Hours 9.00am - 6.00pm

Skills/experience required;

* Previous experience gained within a Team role supporting senior management with diary and travel management.
* Excellent communication skill; diplomacy, discretion and the ability to build professional relationships at all levels within a corporate business
