A well known financial services company with stunning offices are currently looking for an experienced PA who has previously worked within an Investment Banking Division to join their team based in the City of London. This role will include extensive diary management, travel arrangements and the co-ordination of meetings.

You will be a well organised individual with a high attention to detail, especially when preparing presentations and expense reports in the way of helping to secure new business transactions. Team Assistant

A boutique Executive Search firm is seeking an astute and focused Team Assistant with experience of working with the CRM system FileFinder to join their small yet incredibly successful team located in the heart of the City. Supporting approximately 14 people, including remote support to consultants in New York and Singapore, the team are excited about 2018 given the success they have had across 2017.

As you are supporting consultants located in different time zones, you are relied on to use FileFinder constantly and ensuring everyone can access updated information constantly!

Duties will include:



* Extensive diary management for the team including liaising with candidates and clients alike
* Booking travel for the team
* Supporting with client pitches ensuring that information is researched, amended and client ready
* Supporting with research using Bloomberg, LinkedIn and assisting with sourcing candidates and suggesting potential new clients
* Building relationships with PA's in other businesses
* Taking notes in meetings, ensuring actions are follow up on and deadlines met

PA to Corporate Affairs Director - £31,000

You will be a proactive, self motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills. A large Financial Services company is currently looking for a PA to support the Corporate Affairs Director based in the City of London. You will be the representative to the CAD's office and frequently interact with both internal and external executive level individuals.

You will support a wide and varied level of activities, including complex diary / travel management and highly confidential projects.

To be successful for this role you will need to quickly understand the Corporate Affairs structure and operating model, you will be able to develop a network of internal contacts applicable to a role of this type and level.


Duties:



* UK and International travelling arrangements
* Diary and inbox management to the Corporate Affairs Director
* First point of contact for internal and external Senior Executives
* Establish and maintain good relationships with our Bank Executive Committee, Board members and Non Executive Directors
* Attend Corporate Affairs Leadership Team meetings and action taking
* Research and interpret information, compile reports and make recommendations
* Build strong relationships with the Executive PA's and Executive Assistants
* Prepare/produce a wide range of sensitive, confidential and high profile correspondence, forms, records and reports
* Compile and organise team inductions for new starters
* Set agendas for meetings; take minutes, monitoring actions with attendees, process expenses.
