With a prestigious and well established brand coupled with an enviable culture this West End private equity company is seeking a Team Assistant in their marketing team of eight across London and New York. The company is looking for a highly motivated, proactive team assistant to provide first class support to a busy marketing team. Covering all aspects of marketing globally this role will give incredible exposure to an assistant who wants to take on more and take an interest in the team they support.

Skills/experience requires:



* Knowledge of dealing with complex diary management, occasional global travel booking, expenses and co-ordination for a senior partner who reports into the CEO
* Experience of managing a wide range of administrative requests with varying deadlines
* Someone used to working to tight deadlines and supporting with administration that is business critical
* Experience of being in a client facing role with excellent MS Office skills, in particular Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
* A good knowledge of CRM(Salesforce and Pardot) would prove advantageous, although full training will be given
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively whilst supporting multiple team members
* Excellent organisation skills with a positive communication style
* Initiative and instinct when managing an ever changing workload and working in an anticipatory way to ensure that you maximise the time of your team
* Acting as the lynch pin for your team and working across several departments to support multiple projects
* Photoshop and InDesign would be highly desirable
