Office Manager

Office Manager-£25K-City

This company is looking for an organised proactive candidate who will ensure the smooth running of the office and management team. This role is a great start for someone wanting to get in to the financial consultancy world. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to be the 'go to' of the office and get involved with a range of tasks from admin, office coordination, and PA duties.

Duties will include;

* Organising client events
* Travel arrangements, corporate travel
* Assist with the preparation of the monthly accounts by providing all invoices, receipts and bank statements
* Organise the partner and mangers calendars and co ordinate the scheduling of meetings with clients
* Order office supplies
* Organise maintenance of the offices
* Deal with the company's contractors, conduct regular checks on quality of service
* Pay invoices and issue invoices to clients and chase up payments
* Assist with the formatting of PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications/Experience for the Finance Assistant position includes;

* A degree is desired but not essential
* PC skills including Microsoft word and excel
* Effective multi-tasking and management of deadlines

Office Manager

Our prestigious and close knit client is looking for an Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will involve finance duties such as; processing invoices, bank reconciliations and bookkeeping so previous experience within a similar role is essential.

Qualifications for the Office Manager position include;

* Previous experience in an Office Manager position within professional services
* Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge is essential
* A degree in any discipline is desired but not essential
* Strong PC skills including; Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Hard-working and driven
