Responsibilities



* Coordinate a high volume of recruiting activities including interview or phone screen scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements
* Act as the main point of contact on the interview process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, respond to questions and troubleshoot issues
* Maintain recruiting and human resources data on the system, handling confidential candidate information with discretion
* Routinely handles internal and external inquiries by screening calls, answering questions, and re-directing to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications



* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
* 1+ years experience in human resources or related administrative function is beneficial
* Outlook, Excel knowledge, recruiting or human resources system experience a plus
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality

HR Administrator

A leading global trading company is currently looking for a highly motivated and well organised HR Administrator to join their team based in the City of London.



* Prepare and send out offer letters and employment contracts
* Be responsible for the PES of staff (permanent and contractors) and deal with RTW
* Attend Induction Meetings and deal with subsequent administration for enrolment into benefit plans, STL, compliance and E-Learning for new joiners
* Be responsible for HR correspondence such as (but not limited to): Probationary paperwork, reference requests, benefit correspondence
* Prepare any paperwork that deal with changes to T&C, contracts or termination notices
* Be responsible for updating all HR trackers (new joiners, maternity, leavers, visa, recruitment, etc)
* Be able to pull reports from the HR system for Holiday, Headcount and/or performance management requests from staff and HR team
* Input all HR related invoices into the system for approval
* Input new joiners/leavers into the HR system and take responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all staff records and record keeping.
* Work with the HR team to ensure that we meet our GDPR requirements

It would be beneficial if you have excellent system skills such as word, excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc), powerpoint and HR systems. You will be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of working within a busy HR function is preferred and to demonstrate the ability to work on numerous tasks with sometimes conflicting and tight deadlines.
